Everything you need to know.
Units at Shoreline Storage Suites sell very quickly, and most are pre-sold before construction is complete. To secure a unit:
- A buyer signs a standard purchase agreement
- A down payment is made
- 1–2 additional progress payments are made during construction
- A final payment is due at closing
We encourage interested buyers to contact us early to reserve availability.
Operating costs are currently $170.00 per month. This includes:
- $50.00/month HOA fee, which covers building and unit insurance and common area maintenance and repairs
- Utility charges (electric, gas, water, and sanitary)
Utility charges are structured as a hybrid system:
- Gas and water are separately metered to each unit
- Sanitary service is billed through the HOA
- Electric service is billed by the HOA based on sub-meter readings installed during construction
Typical utility costs: electric, water, and sanitary average $55.00 per month. Gas varies depending on usage, particularly during colder months.
