Shoreline Storage Suites is a privately-owned development located in Marblehead, Ohio. Each building includes 8 individual units which are commercially built and of the highest quality.  Each unit is insulated, heated, and includes finished interior walls.  The facility also includes extra-wide driveways between buildings for ease in moving large items such as boats and RV’s in and out of each storage unit.

Storage suites range in size from 1,000 to 1,600 square feet. The depth of each unit is 53′ and widths vary from 20′ to 30′. Each unit, regardless of size, includes the following:

• 18′ remote-controlled overhead door
• Separate entry door
• Metal perimeter walls
• Reinforced concrete floors
• Ceiling fan
• Floor drain
• R-19 roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation
• LED overhead lighting
• 70 AMP 120VAC single-phase electrical panel
• Two 120VAC double duplex wall outlets
• Roughed-in water and sewer connections
• Modine heating unit

Each Shoreline Storage Suite includes the following optional upgrades:
